Chairing the Board /Advanced Governance Program

In 2019, Kees has extended his competencies in the field of corporate finance. He has finished successfully the Insead program with great recommendations of professors Gabriel Hawawini and mrs. Lily Fang. It enables KC Management & Trading Services to provide more services in interim management (as Chief Financial Officer, Audit & Risk Member and M&A/Post Merger Integration Officer), advisory and mentoring in the field of investments, carve-outs, merger & acquisitions and governance.

KC Management & Trading Services has an agreement with Whitecastle Partners. Whitecastle partners is globally active in supporting companies in a variety of industry sectors (e.g. electronics, digital technology, telecommunications etc.) with services such as mentoring, advisory board positions and investments for growth  and innovation. The family office is based in Monaco.

KC Management & Trading Services is member of the Dutch Business Council in Dubai.

Kees has been nominated as member of the Board of Advisors of MAS Services in Amsterdam. The Board is consisting of 6 members and nomination is for 5 years. MAS is an expanding family company in Amsterdam with focus on facility management in the Netherlands. Important customers are e.g. Rijksmuseum.

In 2018 the Insead module Chairing the Board has been successfully completed. The program took place at Insead Fontainebleau. With successfull completion of all modules, the diploma Insead Advanced Governance Programm has been realized.

Aon in the Netherlands has bought the insurance brokers Unirobe Meeus Group (UMG) and Industrial Insurance Office (IAK) at the end of 2017. With these acquistions Aon has become the largest insurance brokerage firm in the Netherlands. Aon is a American enterprise with its headoffice in Chicago (USA). With a team of experts,  the  integration has successfully concluded at the end of 2019. The Post-Merger Integration programm has resulted in large synergies in the company in terms of costs, revenue and staff. Furthermore a large ICT migration program has been executed to streamline over 450 applications and 8 hosting centers in the Netherlands.
